Changelog

Here is the changelog for my blog! Whenever I update or change the way my blog works at all, I’ll update this page. I mostly put this here for my own benefit, to see what I’ve changed over the years and to see if anything would benefit from a change back. I personally just find changelogs interesting, though, so I kept it public for anyone else who might feel the same way as me.

January 23rd 2018

• Created ‘Reviews’ page outlining where to find reviews, and acting as parent page for review pages
• Moved reviews from Writing parent to Reviews parent
• Renamed ‘Book Review’ category to ‘Review’
• Updated About Me page. It no longer shows my age, problem solved.

June 17th 2016

• Added visitor counter widget to the bottom of the page.
• Updated About Me page with updated age. Only a week or so late this time! I need to find a way to make this automatic.
• Updated the Writing page.

September 25th 2015

• Deleted Feedback page.
• Updated Contact Me page, encouraging feedback in multiple ways.
• Updated the About Me page with my updated age (only three months late eh) and a link to 32 Bit Brain.
• Updated the Changelog page with an explanation as to why it exists. I’m not crazy.

• Created link to new blog, 32 Bit Brain.

October 29th 2014

• Changed the name of the blog from Kristian Richmond’s Musings and Meanderings to Perpetually Perturbed.
• Changed tagline to old title.
• Changed “Changeblog” to “Changelog”.
• Changed “Short Stories” link to “Writing”, edited content.
• Completely rewrote the About Me page to more accurately reflect who I am and what to expect from the blog.

• Updated the About Me page to more accurately describe my age and year of study.

• Changed the background from default grey to subtle stars pattern.

• Changed the domain from .wordpress.com to .net
• Added Contact Me page.
• Reordered page links.

• Added “About Blog” category for blog posts which are to do with the running of the blog itself.
• Discovered my intolerance to Macs, after using WordPress at university.

March 12th 2014

• Blog description is changed – Aspiring Author becomes Aspiring author.
• Email text sent upon following has been personalised.
• Categories added – each post now falls under Writing (self-explanatory), Musings (for just general blog posts) or Meanderings (for documenting travels and travel experiences).
• Changeblog page added.

• Blog created. And then there was light.
• Blog goes through identity crisis, theme changes rapidly every 10 minutes until a decision is made.
